Every homeowner and prospective homeowner is in possession of a high level of knowledge when it comes to housing. Unless you're tripping around the country like George Clooney in "Up in the Air", you spend a lot of time in your home. You probably spend a lot of time in other people's homes, too. Not in a creepy way (hopefully) but we all hang out with friends, co-workers, and family. If you spend at least part of the time looking around and wondering what you would do if it were your home, then what you're really doing is gathering valuable housing data.

Also, unless you were living under a rock for the past decade or so, you've probably absorbed more information about the relationship between lending and the economy than you ever dreamed of wanting to know.

So if you're already in possession of a solid foundation of knowledge, why do you need a real estate agent when selling your home? The simple answer is that you want to sell your home as quickly and painlessly as possible while simultaneously making top dollar and dramatically reducing the chances for liability issues or other problems to pop up along the way. Okay, maybe that wasn't a simple answer, but that's the gist of it.

I'm your real estate expert and your ace in the hole.

The great thing about selling a home is that it's akin to working on a project management team. For this project, selling your home, you have the power to put together an incredible team of people that are all working for you.

If you've ever worked on a successful project with a team leader that had great communication skills, a focused, driven work ethic, and a solid background in managing both processes and people, then you already know what it's like to work with someone like me. [casually flicks dust off shoulder]

Visit here for more information about my bonafides. My background prior to diving into the world of real estate was in business development, management, technology, sales, and marketing. I also happen to love homes and a good, solid round of negotiation. This, combined with your drive to earn top dollar for your home, makes us the perfect team. Give me the opportunity to lead your team and we're sure to earn a gold-star, and a whole lot more!

Talk about service with a smile! Brandi made our recent home purchase one of our best real estate experiences ever. She responded quickly to our questions and concerns, always getting back to us within a couple hours. While representing us as buyers, if the homeowner was not able to meet us halfway on small repairs, she took care of it herself. A true professional from beginning to end of the process and delightful to work with every step of the way!

Brandi is a true professional.  She is knowledgeable about the market, followed up on questions about properties and even obtained an estimate for us so that we knew the potential cost of a fix on a home we were interested in. She makes time to show homes on your schedule and doesn't make you feel like it's an inconvenience (even if she really had to move a few things around to do it).  We would definitely use Brandi again.

We worked with Brandi for three months to find our perfect 2nd home. She was great! She's methodical, listens well, has a sharp memory, and knows both her clients and the prospective properties inside and out.

Brandi got thrown a real curveball from us when we were, for 2 months straight, looking at only properties with 3+ acres of land out in the country and then wanted to look at a house that had zero acreage and was in the middle of the city. She didn't miss a beat with collecting information about the house.

Her background truly lends itself to an impeccable set of realtor skills. Her breadth and depth of knowledge is amazing. She continually educated us about each house we were considering and the home-buying process. She's patient and calm under the most stressful circumstances, and extremely responsive.

I can't recommend Brandi enough!
