Jessica helped us buy our first house recently and it was such an amazing process! She was open to all of the houses that we wanted to look at, and arrived to our first showing with a packet ready for us that had an itinerary for the whole day. She came prepared! When it came to touring homes, she wasn’t afraid to ask questions, point out things that worried her, or be honest with us about elements of the home or neighborhood. There were specific things that she knew to look for from her experience that we wouldn’t have considered while touring a home. When we toured the home that we ultimately purchased, she spoke up about the opportunity the home held, and was so involved and communicative during the offer process and subsequent bidding war. After out offer was accepted, we could go to Jessica at any time of day or day of the week to ask questions or get updates on the closing process. We had an unusual appraisal situation, and Jessica was invaluable to have during the process to offer advice and advocate for us. When we got to move in, Jessica met us at the house with a nice gift and some beer to try from breweries near our new house, because she knows we like craft breweries. It was such a thoughtful gift. Now, even a month after we moved in, she still checks in to see if we need anything, and asks how we’re settling. I’d recommend Jessica to any friend looking to buy or sell a home!
Lisa recently assisted in the sale of my condo. In my opinion she went above and beyond and sold my condo quick with multiple offers. We were out of town during the sale and Lisa managed the handymen, the stagers …I highly recommend her, especially if you are buying or selling in SE Portland.
