Clay is incredibly detail oriented and intentional with his time and his actions. As a friend, this translates to loyal, thoughtful and dependable. In business, those same apply but it is also seen through his relationship approach to customer service. His sincerity coupled with his unmatched professionalism will always shine when you are with him and I can say, with conviction, that whatever Clay does, he does it well and does it the right way.
Alison did an amazing job selling my house in Portland. Her expertise in social media and the internet adds a whole new dimension to being a broker. She showed patience and kindness in dealing with an older generation, an old school person, who knows nothing of those things. My house sold in FIVE DAYS! I am very excited and happy! She did an amazing job, it’s still sinking in! Thank you, Alison!
We really want to thank you for your assistance and guidance in finding our house. You made us feel comfortable with a process that was new and daunting to us. And you answered all of our questions – how great is that! We’ll get back in touch to take you up on your offer of handyman and contractor referrals as we get settled in.
Kelley has all the best qualities one could ask for in a realtor. She showed us numerous homes, wrote offer after offer for us, and even when we fell out of contract on a house, her patience with us never faltered. She was meticulous and dedicated. She made us feel like we were the most important clients she had, even on our very modest first-home budget.
Alison was instrumental in our purchase of our first investment property – a duplex in the Williams/Boise neighborhood of Portland. She is great at building rapport with other agents and will stop at nothing to help her clients find the info they need (pulling permit records, calling city offices, talking with other brokers or investors, etc.) to make the right call about whether a property fits their real estate needs. She comes from a strong business and marketing background and it shows in how she approaches being a broker. She is a great partner throughout the whole process and a joy to spend so much time with. I highly recommend her.
My husband and I worked with Brittany to find our new home, and she was fantastic. She was always extremely responsive and helpful when we found a home we wanted to view, provided honest and useful feedback and guidance throughout the process, and skillfully helped us navigate writing several offers that enabled us to get our dream home. Brittany is thoughtful and great at listening to the needs of her clients, while also being able to go to bat for them during negotiations. Her expertise was invaluable from beginning to end and we would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new home!
Searching for a home on a budget in the Portland area is a true challenge. Without an experienced realtor like Kelley to help point out possible pitfalls, help negotiate the (assured) issues that come up after a home inspection, and write a budget conscious and acceptable offer, I can’t imagine how much less pleasant my home buying experience would have been. When I found the home I wanted, Kelley worked relentlessly to negotiate issues big and small; everything from pushing back the closing date to negotiating a seller-paid, brand new roof as part of the purchase!
Alison was kind, accessible, and knew every detail of our transaction. We’d highly recommend her to buyers/sellers in any capacity.
Jessica was/is amazing!! She made sure we had all the information we needed as we went through this whole process! We bought our first home with the ease of knowing we were being taken care of from start to finish!
Kelley’s knowledge of the local market and intricacies of the home buying process are an asset that any buyer would be lucky to have. But Kelley’s patience, willingness to explain the aforementioned topics, and good ole’ fashioned kindness are just some of the things that set her apart. I never doubted that I was working with someone who genuinely cared about my interests and who took her role seriously–even if my little home wasn’t going to make her rich. Kelley never hesitated to answer a call or text and has since continued to help me with any questions I’ve had since buying the home. She once told me that I shouldn’t feel bad about asking questions even now that I’ve purchased my home because she’s my “realtor for life,”. That fact makes me very comfortable and If you want to work with someone who is pleasant, who you can trust, who will work with your best-interest in mind, then don’t hesitate to make Kelley your realtor for life too. I couldn’t be happier.
