As a born & raised Portlander and a 5th generation Oregonian, I have decades of experience understanding the history and evolution of this amazing city’s neighborhoods and homes. A decade ago, I found my calling as a realtor after buying and remodeling my first classic old craftsman.
Being a native, I am an invaluable resource for people in search of their special place in Portland. I am fiercely protective of my clients, their goals, and best interests. I am a trusted fiduciary for my clients and honored with all the responsibilities that entails. My clients see me as a life-long resource, community member, and neighbor. When I sell a home, my clients are educated every step of the way and set up for stability in the future.
My referral-based business has grown organically, from friends telling friends about the service, knowledge and support I provide. I have sold hundreds of homes for hundreds of amazing clients and I have a keen understanding of the many moving parts that achieve a smooth and successful transaction.
When I am not working, you can find me restoring my 1913 craftsman bungalow near Mt. Tabor (next door to my grandparent’s old home), or camping and hiking with my two tween boys and old Labrador. For the last couple years I have been scouting riverfront and camping areas with data and wifi coverage, because sending a quick addendum while sitting next to the Salmon River keeps things moving smoothly.
