The buying and selling of real estate earns its place as a major life event right up there with marriage, starting a new job, and the birth of a child. Given the emotional highs and lows that accompany buying or selling a home, it makes sense to seek out an experienced professional to help you navigate all the unknowns.
Each client comes to me with a unique set of circumstances and varying degrees of uncertainty about next steps. Together, we sit down and have a conversation about your goals and I address your questions and concerns. Then, we come up with a tailored plan that fits your needs and your timeline.
As a former doula and student midwife, I bring many elements of individualized care to my real estate dealings. My clients receive exceptionally personalized service. In every transaction, I utilize my local knowledge, professional expertise, and the collective experience of my talented colleagues at Inhabit and Worldrelo. I am fiercely proactive, persistent, creative, and resourceful on behalf of my clients.
I have helped clients from Milwaukie to Felida, from Gresham to Hillsboro, and everywhere in between. A northwest native, I am intimately familiar with each of Portland’s distinct neighborhoods. I grew up in Portland’s west hills and bought my first home in the southeast Portland neighborhood of Brentwood-Darlington. Since moving to the Washington side of the Columbia River in 2017, I’ve come to know and love Clark County.
I live in the Salmon Creek area of Vancouver with my husband, two children, a dog and a cat. When I’m not working or spending time with my family, you’ll most likely find me cooking in my kitchen, “KonMarie’ing” all of our possessions, or remodeling our contemporary split-level home. I also remain active in the midwifery community, helping to grow midwifery practices and lobbying for better access to quality midwifery care.
