Morgan Cox was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. After graduating from St. Mary’s Academy, she went on to study theater at Santa Clara University. Following SCU, Morgan accepted a full scholarship and went on to receive her MFA in acting, from Temple University, in Philadelphia, PA. She still performs locally, in various film and theater productions.
Morgan is passionate about people and real estate and enjoys going above and beyond for her clients. She takes pride in her prompt response time and attention to detail, which are necessary in today’s fast-paced market. Morgan has sold properties all across the Portland Metro area, as well as rural properties in Yamhill County. She is particularly knowledgeable of Portland’s Eastside neighborhoods. Through it all, Morgan makes the buying and selling process a positive and smooth experience.

Morgan helped us sell a rental property, our personal home and with the purchase of a farm that included a major remodel loan. All three transactions had special issues that had to be addressed from oil tank removal to a fire marshal requiring an easement, and everything in between! Morgan navigated us through the various issues, provided support and thought outside of the box to help us achieve our dream. We will call on her in the future, if she will have us!
Morgan is a wonderful real estate agent! She is super responsive to your questions and goes the extra mile. She was very accommodating with her schedule, which was vital as we both work full time and have a young child. Morgan is very knowledgeable about Portland which is helpful for natives and new people to the area. I can’t recommend Morgan enough. When you’re looking for a motivated, friendly, and smart agent you should definitely work with Morgan!
Morgan Cox was knowledgeable, professional, and so full of hustle. As first time home buyers she made the process understandable, and totally less scary. She also had a great handle on the right moves to make in a super tough Portland market, and was available at weird times to go see houses at a moments notice (my wife and I work non-traditional jobs).
We bought our dream home in the Pacific Northwest and planned to relocate there, but life had other plans for us. Less than a year after purchase we were forced to sell. This could have been a nightmare, however we had Morgan as our realtor to guide us through this experience. She helped us find a contractor to make renovations, found us a staging company and was spot on in everything she suggested. We lived out of state and she managed to supervise everything for us to prepare for sale. Morgan hosted two back to back open houses in the first weekend on the market and we received 5 offers in that first week, eventually selling for over asking. It was sad to sell and delay our move to Oregon, but it was painless thanks to our fantastic realtor. We cannot be more grateful that we had Morgan on our side through this process.
